Your total satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are unhappy with an item you have purchased, please return it within 30 days of the date of invoice (or as permitted under the exceptions indicated below). We will gladly exchange your product or credit your account. Please note:       products must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags still attached, with a copy of the invoice and the reason for return included.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. If, for any reason, you would like to EXCHANGE a product, PeekArentYouCurious.com will happily ship the replacement at NO SHIPPING CHARGE to you.

Exceptions to Return Policy

FINAL SALE Merchandise: All sales are final. Absolutely no refunds or exchanges will be accepted either online or in our retail stores.

Peek... Aren’t You Curious Retail Store Purchases: Returns or exchanges from our retail stores will not be accepted.

Gift Cards: Returns or exchanges will not be accepted.

Accessories: Returns or exchanges must be made through PeekKids.com and will not be accepted in our retail stores.

Swimwear: Returns or exchanges must be made through peekkids.com within 15 days of the invoice date. They will not be accepted at our retail stores. Due to the intimate nature of swimwear, items must be unworn with all tags and hygiene strip intact.

You have two ways to return your purchase:

1. Send it back to us.

When you receive your purchase, examine it carefully. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of the items, return unwanted item(s) using the enclosed return shipping label. Upon return and receipt of the product, peekkids.com will exchange or credit the item, less appropriate adjustments for shipping and handling. Your package will include a pre-paid, pre-addressed return label. No postage is required, as the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund or exchange. The cost for return shipping and handling is as follows: 1 item - $5.50, 2 or more items- $8.50. If you would prefer to send it back to us using an alternative method, you may send it to us at the address below. Upon receipt of your package, we will exchange or refund your purchase. 2. Return it to one of our stores.

Simply bring your shipping invoice, plus a copy of your order confirmation to make a return or exchange. Important: we need the confirmation to ensure that you are credited the proper amount for your merchandise. Visit any one of our Peek... Aren’t You Curious Stores. Upon return of the product(s), the Peek... Aren’t You Curious store will exchange, refund, or credit the item(s). Please note: returns will only be taken at Peek... Aren't You Curious stores; merchandise cannot be returned at any other retail stores that may carry our products.
